You should be aware that any prices mentioned on this website are stated in EUROS and include tax and duties (as applicable in the Netherlands)

License Agreement
(a) You wish to use one or more of the products of Zillizi.
(b) Zillizi is willing to grant a license to you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the following license agreement.
General
All rights to this software are owned by Zillizi. You may not use or copy this software without appropriate licensing. Zillizi offers you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license on the terms of this Agreement.
You are permitted to:
1) Use the software on a single computer (with a single input terminal), unless a multiple user license has been purchased, in which case the software may be used on any number of computers, up to a maximum total equal to the number of purchased licenses.
2) Transfer the software from one computer to another, provided it is used on only one computer at any one time, unless a multiple user license has been purchased in which case the software may be used on any number of computers, up to a maximum total equal to the number of purchased licenses.
You are not permitted:
1) To rent, lease, sub-license, loan, copy (except as expressly provided in this Agreement), modify, adapt, merge, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the software or its associated documentation or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software.
2) To distribute any part of the software as part of any software development system (compiler or interpreter) without Zillizis express written permission.
3) Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, to use, reproduce or deal in the software in any way.
Acceptance
After acquisition and/or installing of the software on any computer, you shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
Payment
A separate license is required for each user of the software. You are bound to promptly pay additional license fees in the event of an increase in the number of users. That increase can be calculated in accordance with the terms on our website. If you breech the terms of this agreement Zillizi reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs and expenses incurred in conducting any audit or recovery of fees.
Term
This license is valid until you terminate it by erasing all copies of the software and documentation. The license will expire if you fail to abide by this Agreement. Upon termination you agree to destroy all copies of the software and documentation.
Ownership
Zillizi will at all times retain ownership of the software and all existing copies. This Agreement applies solely to the use of the software. You may not assign or transfer this agreement or license, in whole or in part, without Zillizi's prior written consent.
Warranties
1) Zillizi warrants that the software will perform in accordance with the description as stated in the accompanying documentation (provided that the software is used as directed in the accompanying instructions and on the operating system that it was designed for.
2) The above represent your sole remedies for any breach of Zillizi's warranties, which are given only to the original registered user.
3) The express terms of this Agreement are in lieu of all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by statute, common law, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise all of which are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4) Zillizi does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the software will be corrected. You use the software at your own risk and under no condition will Zillizi be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind or any lost profits or other consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the software or from errors or deficiencies whether caused by negligence or otherwise except as expressly provided herein.
5) All other warranties are disclaimed, to the extent permitted by applicable law, by Zillizi and all other parties concerned.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Also some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you. To the extent permissible, any implied warranties are limited to thirty (30) days. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction. For further warranty information, please contact Zillizi.
Law
This Agreement shall be governed and is to be interpreted in accordance with Dutch law. Zillizi and you, the user, irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
If any part of this Agreement is found void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remainder of any part of the Agreement, which will remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
